neighborhood. >> reporter: this father lives a few doors away from the bar. he is worried about his safety. >> shutting it down is the best way to save your neighborhood. >> reporter: yesterday morning a fight inside spilled outside and ended with one man being shot nearby. and last weekend a customer leaving the bar was shot on the way to his car. a scabble city counselman told me neighbors sent him -- a city counsel told me neighbors sent him letters wanting to shut down the bar. the owners' son feels like the business is being scapegoated. since taking over four years ago he said they installed security cameras, hired guards and no one under 25 is allowed inside friday and saturday nights. he says the violence involving his customers is a-- is

$400 check to help replace their belongings. it brought his outlook more positive. allie rasmus, ktvu channel 2 news. we have new information on the shooting at lax friday that left a tsa agent dead. the 23-year-old gunman told authorities as he was arrested he acted alone and was dropped off by a friend. paul ciancia is still sedated in the hospital after being shot multiple times by police. investigators are getting a better idea of what happened inside terminal 3 from when paul ciancia opened fire till the time he was shot. >> reporter: investigators are still peacing together -- piecing together their time line. he entered at 9:20 a.m. in the morning at terminal 3.

he approached the tsa officer and shot him. >> the defendant is alleged to have been walking away from the tsa officer, going up an escalator and then coming back down to return and shoot the wounded officer again. >> reporter: at the top is the security check point. he abandoned two tsa officers and one passenger -- he wounded two tsa officers and one passenger. he made his way into therminal 3 -- therminal 3. -- terminal 3. >> people were running, getting knocked down. there was luggage every. >> reporter: you can see his -- everywhere. >> reporter: you can see he is palt. paul ciancia had five loaded

shooting in san jose left one man dead and another under arrest. police received reports before 1:30 a.m. family drove the victim to the hospital where he died. the suspect and the victim knew each other. the violence marks san jose's 39 39th homicide of the year. the family of a teen shot and killed by a deputy plans to file a lawsuit tomorrow. he was shot october a 22 while he walked near his home. the sheriff's office said he was carrying a bb gun and refused to drop it. that is when the deputy opened fire. the sheriff's department encourages the use of deadly force even when there is no threat to public safety. hundreds of people payed their respects to the teacher shot and killed in november
